Quit 2 regionals ... lost
Long story short, I quit 2 regionals. First one I quit before I finished IOE, the 2nd I quit after systems. Never failed anything, just seemed to not like it once I started. Now I'm hoping to try one more time. But my main question is would the first regional you think ever take me back? I have the type rating.

Would you take an employee back that just burned you for the cost of training?
You’ve failed a lot of things, twice in judgement and decision making alone.
You’re lucky the market is the way it is and some 3rd Regional will probably take you.
Maybe.
On 10-24 you posted American is your final goal. That you like your time off.
Well....you may get a lot of it.
Whatever you next choice is YOU MUST STAY.
This is not an industry where you can hide for long.
Check Airmen know each other from previous Airlines, Chief Pilots know each other from previous Airlines and so does HR.
At my present employer I’ve flown with 5 Captains (already!) that personally knew and have flown with the Crusty A-hole Check Airman I had to endure at my previous employer.

You quit because you didn’t like it? That’s a little bizarre. Seems there’s more to the story. Were you asked to quit? Doubt the first one would take you back, then again regionals are desperate these days. It just seems odd that you quit in training because you didn’t like it, and you didn’t even get to the line.

Sounds like the airlines aren’t for you and you aren’t for the airlines. If you didn’t like it in training you aren’t going to like it out of training certainly. Have you looked into cooperate at all?

If you’re in the northeast, why not try jobs where you’re home every night like Cape Air, Rectrix, Wiggins, or more nights like Tradewind, PlaneSense, etc.
