If those with a strong aversion to tipping want to affect change, electing fast casual food choices over traditional restaurants will actually send a message.
terrible restaurants like T.G.I.F have already started getting rid of waitstaff to bring those dollars back in house from Chipotle.

it’s a dollar.

How many of you tip an FA when you bum a ride on Frontier?

Frugal I would say. Make sure you get your airport discount on that meal too.

I personally don't care if you tip or not, it's not my business why you do or don't. I tip if they put my bags in the van / car. It doesn't matter if it's a hotel van or car service. It doesn't matter if they're on time or late, If they are not there within 30 minutes of blocking in, I just take a cab and expense it.

I always tip. Most pilots do. The ones that don't well.. it's typically not their only character flaw. Those that don't stick to this basic social norm don't stick to many others as well.

IMHO...A pilot not tipping a hotel van driver is the same mentality as airline management not paying pilots what they are worth.
