to answer the question of a quick call back being because you have 121 time, thats definately not true, I got called 3 days after the interview and I had 0 121 time.

Thanks for the responses back about the phone call. I felt that I had a good interview and sim session. The oral was easy going and we joked a little, the sim was ok. That thing needs to be in the smithsonian(spelling?)

yeah that "sim" is old school stuff, I actually had to have the guy show me how to use the CDI because I had never used that type before.

Am I supposed to get anything else in the mail other than that FedEx package with all the documents I have to fill out? Don't I get something from the training dept.?

Since class starts tomorrow I'm guessing that if you haven't received your FOM, you're not going to get it in time. Were you a last minute addition to the class? There could be a number of reasons for not getting it and it won't be that big a of a deal. It's not like there is an exam on day 1 anyhow.

What is with the addition of the 200 FO's? I could understand if the top 200 FO's left for upgrade but none have done so. Are we building up for a big growth spurt or are we just planning for attrition?

My guess is that the company is preparing for growth, attrition and increased block hours. Remember there is lead time required to get people trained, which is why they increased all hiring and training numbers from Sept. going forward.
Regarding the 200 specifically - planning could see based on pref bids that there are 200 FOs that are at or are approaching upgrade mins. Increased block hours could also be coming to the 200. You'll notice however, in the current vacancy that should contain CRJ200 new hires, there are none, just saab. For it seems, they're happy with the staffing on the 200.

new to this post, have an interview scheduled for next week, anyone else with an interview sheduled, and to those already employed, how do you like the company

2 of the 200 FO's from the first 200 newhire class upgraded on the award before the last. I would imagine that more will in the next couple of awards.
