Started Mid-January(2008) on the 900 and based out of MSP as an FO, been on reserve ever since I've gotten on the line...I'm fortunate enough to hold the last line next month...but even so my seniority still holds the #2 reserve line...my guess is just like that previously posted...barring any more aircraft coming on to the property those who are coming to Mesaba now will be sitting reserve for quite some time...I'de say upwards to a year...MSP and DTW seem to be about the same...you'de have better chances in MEM...typically we have around 10 reserve lines on the 900 for DTW and MSP not sure about MEM since they don't have alot of 900's...i think they like to have 3-4 guys on reserve a day with at least 1 person sitting AM ready reserve at the airport(5AM-1PM) and 1 person sitting PM ready reserve(4PM-12AM)

I got my hotel for the 20th. Towneplace Suites. Anyone else staying there for the 20th class? Or have stayed there?

Who do I contact if my TAFB is showing incorrectly on crewtrac for this month? Is it crew scheduling that handles this? Thanks in advance...

Is youst a word? Pardon my poor understanding of that sentence. English is my second language. I'm a native of Mexico (RM).

Thanks

Make a payroll discrepency report. There is a link on mymesaba that goes directly to payroll. I have had fairly good luck with this route. Just curious how you discovered you TAFB was off?

Actually - we are required to wear our hats, it's just that most choose not to do so, for whatever reason and mgmt doesn't enforce it any longer. So by all means... hang your hat at XJ.

Any thoughts on this ?
