If XJET starts expanding it's fleet and then starts hiring a lot more pilots to fly those new planes how long would it take for them to slow hiring back down?

SAAB...lets just say you get those 170's ;-) Do you really think XJet will give ya'll the REAL pay-raise you deserve? Or will they be like SKW and ASA, giving a couple buck premium??

Remember, you guys still have to be somewhat competitve too!

I think it will take more airlines getting 170's to see the pay go up, thats how it works, one airline tries to out due the other when it comes to pay, but if only a few airlines have them (and are the initial operators of them) its hard to base the pay on anything. But then agian a lot of airlines have had CRJ 700/900 and the pay has only gone down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
