Yeah the plastic one is great weight wise. Did not think I would have a problem wear/strength wise.... It cracked on the bottom near a screw, probably from being drug over curbs. The whole piece can be replaced, just haven't checked into it yet.

You might know this already. But if it's still under warranty, it's an easy process. Call them up, they will send you a loaner in a heavy duty cardboard box. Put your bag in the box and send it back. They fix it, send it back to you in the box. Then just put the loaner in the box and send it back.

Voila! Fixed roller bag.

Yeah, get her "on that". Then, tell her to get in the kitchen and make you a turkey pot pie.

Moderators,

Can we sticky this one? It seems to come up about every 3 months. Keeping it at the top might prevent this. I'm sure it will come up again with all the new hires coming to the regionals.

Don't get a Luggage Works leather flight case, whatever you do. Total pieces of crap.

just wondering, do you guys get your PNT embroidered with your name on the handle, or is it ok without? is there really that many PNT's out there that you need your name stitched on the handle so you can tell yours apart from other crew members??
