Well FlyToLie, I think we’ve seen enough to paint a picture of DisConnnect. I think taking on some criticism, and again, being open and honest, wouldv’e gone a long way for you.
You have taken the path of calling people mentally ill and losers that challenge the information that has been available since the beginning. I seriously hope that you’re not in management because you won’t survive. Pilot’s will see right through you and not tolerate abuse or lies for very long, money or no money. You seem, agressive and openly hostile toward people. All you needed to do was fix the profile and use this forum as a recruitment tool where PILOT’S lurk. Instead, you’ve gotten into ****ing matches with the very people you might be able to use. Decaf, might be the answer?
Now in all seriousness, maybe you’re just stresssed about all this “startup” business. I get it, but, don’t take it to that level, it’s not going to work out. I’ll give my free advice again, FIX THE PROFILE, stop fighting with people and making excuses for the missteps, tone it down and be honest and reliable. No one is against you, you’re your own worst enemy. Listen to what people are saying before you overreact. Either ignore it or chose a better response.

To all prospective pilot applicants: do you really want to work in a toxic environment where people like this are your coworkers? Only a handful of employees and already the culture is toxic. Do yourself a favor and read through this forum so you can get a sense of how Connect management / employees are conducting themselves.

Soooo many pilots took the 100k flow bonus to AA then after indoc went to delta. Cost of doing business. If they want to keep you they have to give you what you want. It’s a pilots market

If everything goes to plan, I for one will be smiling and you will continue to create drama. You go ahead. I’m not going to waste one more minute on this. I actually have things to do.

That’s why airlines pilots normally don’t get a job flying corp. Most people know that some but not all airline pilots are only about money, and screwing each other over in the process.

How many corporate pilots have had their planes sold out from under them? Exactly. There is no loyalty in business, except from sycophants who will get thrown away with yesterday’s garbage if it makes or saves the owner a penny

You seem to hate the airline environment, curuous as to why you’d want to work at one. You might be better off applying to corporate jobs. You will not be successful on the airline side if you’re treating your fellow pilots like this.

Pretty ironic that you’re attacking nearly every poster on this thread and calling us all “uneducated”, when I think you’ve used the incorrect “your / you’re” about 15 times haha
