The thing that most annoys me as an FO is when the Captain decides to do my job without asking me.

Our approach flow is a great example. I'll have a place in my mind where I intend to call for the checklist, but typically less than a minute before, the Captain begins to do the flow and pull out the checklist. If you think I've forgotten, politely ask if I want the checklist.

Best briefing I have had from a Captain: "I'm not going to start doing checklists until you ask for them. You're a big boy and can call for checklists yourself."

Poor airmanship.

Being sloppy and just not caring.

FA's that chime up "just to chat" in cruise. And by "just to chat" I mean "lay out the entire family history, including the political, educational, and socioeconomic reasonings behind why they became a flight attendant". Light banter for a couple minutes...no problem...but if you've been on the phone for more than 10 minutes...there's an issue.

Explaining to a captain that you double-deadheaded to get there and this is the only leg you're actually in the cockpit for because you're on reserve and they say "Ok, I'll take this one".

CA's that get thier panties in a bunch when you try to help out a lil' bit or make a suggestion...then get just as upset when you don't say a word because they flipped out the last time. That's always fun.

It's simple... when the AP is engaged, the PF changes stuff on the FCP. When the AP is disengaged the PF commands the PM as to what he wants done on the FCP. It's not rocket science.
Amen! unless of course it's the captain thats the pm then he can sink it all he wants! and no i'm not kidding.

CA's that always ask for a level up whenever we hit a bump.
Fat CA's....
and the worst one of all

The ones that dont believe in deodorant.

But a quick funny story. We're cruisin along and all of a sudden we hit this pothole. And I got a little nervous because it wasn't expected,so you knew I calmed down when the CA goes "So thats where that pencil went".

I had one CA that would repeatedly click my AP on at 600ft when I had told him in EVERY one of my T/O briefs that I would handfly to at least 10K unless there was an abnormal- and we were NOT coming out of busy/congested areas! I just try to be standard at the start and adapt to the CA as I figure out what his "standard" means... One day I guess I will get it my way...
The guy turned the autopilot on for you?? I've never seen that. What a prick.
