if you have been there 11 years and you think the biggest problem is the difference between being hired from day 1 to being hired at the pass of checkride, then you my friend are a fool. if you think that qol doesn't matter but the day you are hired, you are a fool. if you think that pay doens't matter as much as the day you are hired then you are a fool. if you think that there are not more important things to look at then you are a fool. get it together man and get the sand out. seriously. if you have been in the industry 11 years and this is your biggest concern you have let us all down.

he asked for opinions and I gave mine like you gave yours but.....
maybe I will give it a try to change things....at least to let people know about all the crap......

you seem to think i love my company and its the best place to go. you are wrong. if you read my previous post you would see that i am ready to strike with the rest of the guys. i want change just as bad as the next guy. i think the regionals are ridiculous and need a lot of change. this guy wanted to know about the regionals and you gave an answer and i told him how dumb the answer was because the "kids" need to be told that it was..... come on man, in 11 years of flying in the regionals the only thing you would look for before starting at one would be when they hire you?? doesn't add up.
