We're talking about which regional is the best?! Guess what being the fastest runner at the Special Olympics makes you?

Personally, I could careless where my company ranks amongst people that don't work here. If you would like to work here, I'd be more than happy to discuss what is good and bad about the company I work for. Personally, the trip rigs/duty rigs don't bother me all that much. If that is something that is very important to you...don't work here. If you don't like the 70 seat payscale, again...don't work here. The people that ARE working here DO care and are doing their BEST to make this a great place to work. However, if an XJT FO or a SKW CA want to talk about how horrible this company is...have at it. But truth be told, anyone can find a LOT of things wrong with ANY regional. I hear horror stories from my best friend (who happens to be at XJT) almost everyday. So while I will defend my company when some anonymous poster makes a crack at where I choose to work...don't think that I'm losing any sleep on where you think my company ranks in your life. Mainly because I know that in one form or another, you ALL put up with the same crap we do, it's just got a different name.

Guys/gals we need to stop bashing each other, and playing my airplane is better than yours, lets support each other and work together to make each regional from Mesa, to Expressjet, to Colgan a better place to work.............

Everyone flying for the regionals, we all have the same S.T.D.

You might not love it; you might not have even wanted it; but even though some of them are better than others, in the long run if you just have a positive attitude they are much easier to live with!!!

Np. It doesn't pay for the company not to utilize you all they can. I've only seen that happen one time and it was a Mesa captain.

i guess this place is considered top tier cause it has decent work rules, good pay, and decent upgrade time (althought that can change). also it seems that they might actually care about some of their pilots. people also seem happier here. there arent many flow backs/jets for jobs or what ever you call them here so everyone isnt ****ed at another guy whose just trying to put food on the table. Maybe even theres a little bit of pride flying a mini scare bus, i wouldnt know but maybe.
