So whats the deal though, are they saying they will only pay up to 100 hours a month? I get an 85 hour line but almost 95 hours of pay through delays. I know a couple of guys here who do 110-120 hour of pay but only fly 80-85 hours.

I have no idea about this whole 100 hour credit debacle...but I think if you should be credited with 120 hours, you would be. The intent of the contract must be an attempt to limit the credit.

Guys, wish I could answer this for you. Internally, this question has been asked repeatedly. The official answer the Chief gave our class was " It's complicated but that's the way the union worked it out. " Personally, I disagree with that on many levels, but this wasn't disclosed to me when I started at CPS, as the contract hadn't even been signed back when I interviewed.

Well after flying with a few of the guys here, I know if they start to mess with us on the pay it will all sort itself out soon enough. With a pilot group this small and a good bunch of guys working here they don't want to play that game. So far I have not received one paycheck that I felt was short of what I expected.
Other than that, I will enjoy being off for 12 days in a row this month...If deliveries don't speed up I should see more than 20 days off this bid...not bad for $4500 of pay....even if it is only 75 hours credit.
