Crism you will encounter a lot of kindhearted gentlemen is the airlines... time to toughen up the skin.

No one 121 carrier will hire a part time pilot unless you get a MBA and become management. Cheers.

This could have happened if they went to MAPD PACE and already had a bunch of previous time (like 900 hours). MAPD would provide the required 100 ME.
