PDT Interview Sept. 6

2. I don't have shiny jet syndrome.
3. I like the East Coast, and am very interested in eventually flying all over the world. I know I have to get a bit more experience before I can go and do that with a major carrier or freight outfit.
4. So what if I'm flying all over the country? I'm still flying an airplane and making more money than I was before this job (not that it shouldn't be higher - and hopefully it will be soon - but even baby steps are steps).
5. This was the first job offer I got, so I took it.

Logically speaking, one would think they're leaning toward the Q400's (but this is airline management we're talking about, so take that with a grain of salt). I've heard they're interested, but I've also heard there are some issues with the scope clause with mainline US that need to be ironed out also. I'm hoping for the Q's personally.
Good luck!

Interview is coming up! I was wondering when those of you come back from the interview on the 6th, could you post the information up on how it went and what it was like? I would greatly appreciate it!
Hope to see you in the next class and good luck to you!

Will post the experience for sure. Only thirty-one more hours!
? -> When you have an engine out while above the single engine service ceiling, what speed should you pitch for?
I was thinking Vyse - to be used as a drift-down(to service clg) speed, but doesn't Vyse only apply to acft that weigh less than 12,500 lbs?
