I thought they got rid of the "cards." Are they still handing them out during initial?

Actually, I don't know. I went through two years ago. If that's the case, this is for the people I have confused: The cards were part of the HR stuff everyone (not just pilots) had to go through at the beginning of indoc. You watched a video with different interpersonal scenarios, and you held up color-coded cards representing how appropriate or inappropriate you thought the behavior in the scenario was. I thought my classmate's hanging the red card on his door was funny because "inappropriate behavior" was written on the bottom of it. Sorry for the confusion.

They do not do the red cards anymore, well they did not at my first day of indoc. Also I just heard this week that they are making it mandatory for your roommate to be your sim partner. This could be good or bad. I am lucky though because my roommate is good at the flows and limitations. Best of luck to anybody getting ready for an interview.

Does anyone know if I really have to spend $750 on uniforms like they told me at the interview?

Hee hee hee... just got here. They put us in a room that had one bed. BUT, it had a fridge. So we snagged the fridge and got a new room with two beds.

The staff is not particularly ah... diligent. 4.) having a roomate sucks. Other than that its not that bad. The good news: They positive space you home every weekend. Take advantage and go home to maintain your sanity.
