just think of it this way, with the demand for regional FOs so high right now, and republic has the highest hiring mins! look at is they are interviewing to hire you! you hold the cards and just pretend that they have to impress you during the interview to make you answer why you should accept a position with them as opposed to "Why Should We Hire You?", i am not saying be cocky or arrogant! but just know that with the demand for new hires, they need you much more than you need them, because there are almost as many regionals out there now as qualified FO candidates!

If I were you I would go in there with a list of questions you would like to ask them. You are interviewing them too and you have a right to be picky in todays regional fo shortage. While they give their breifing about the company cross out the ones they answer, so they know you paid attention. It really makes you look professional when you interview them back, and who knows you might not like their answers. This method has worked well for me in interviews and I have always got a good comments about my questions. Just be yourself, It's a really laid back interview.

I have a friend from Denver and he was asking me what I thought about the likelihood of getting KDEN out of the box, or shortly there after, for Republic. I told him that I would ask around on here. Anybody have any insight.

I've heard that Denver is quite senior but I dont know. Denver is one of the reasons I like the company also. Thinking of moving there

New hires recently have not been getting DEN straight out of training. There were a few May hires that bid it for December though. My class should be getting bases this week, so we'll know soon. About half the new hire classes for RW are going to PHL right now.
