Just pulling this up from one year ago (12/07/2007)...

Compare to 10,704 hours in January 2009 and Driver's frown should get a lot worse:

Just found this little nugget cleaning out the basement...

Comair CVG 50-seat bid packages:

August 2006 estimated block time........24,753 hrs

January 2009 estimated block time.......10,704 hrs

Net Loss = 57%

Didn't we still have three other bases in August 2006?

Good thing Delta's got Pinnacle, Freedom, CHQ, Republic, ASA, and SkyWest in Cincy to help absorb that 6-8% reduction in domestic flying. :D

No big deal, seems like status quo for Feb...it's a short month..i'm sure that 500 hour loss is just masked by the loss of two days

Apparently Feb is a 30 day month at Comair (in the bid packets)

So I will stop my naive positivity..and continue with my unabashed negativity.

Comair is finished. :)
