Comair updates?
You'd be shocked to learn it's ALPA National and the lawyers holding it up, not our local guys. This came up on the FB group a while back. Updates are on the Comair Custodian page, which i think is the old Comair ALPA page. Should have access if you were furloughed.

Weren't they signing checks a couple of weeks ago?
Wrong. We think this is all planned out and our fate has been determined a long time before they switched our CEO. Oh yeah that and us smart ones really don't care about pinnacles success nor any other regional.
The point we were trying to make Saabs it's that some of the guys are so dilussional they think this is a great thing that's happening. Yes Pinnacles's fate has been determined for a while. Good luck.
How could anyone see losing roughly 215 airplanes a good thing? Guess u said it some people are delusional.

I am surprised that the checks aren't showing up in mail boxes yet.
The last communication I heard was this......
Greetings Mike,
I am guessing you are at Allegiant and I hope all is going well for you. The merger fund is currently in the final audit process, once this process is complete the funds will be dispersed to everyone who paid into the fund. It is important to keep your address up to date in order to recover your money. It's easy to do, call 1-800-fly-alpa or through alpa.org. Hope this helps your other buddies and again best of luck.

They can be reached at [email protected] Send them an email and ask for yourselves what is going on. I thought that I had gotten an answer and would have seen the money by now. The final audit shouldn't take a month. Period. Am I right?
