Well I move into my brand new place this wednesday and will be moving all this week. Maybe this weekend once I get settled in we can all go out for some entertainment somewhere. Anyone else in? Jesse care to celebrate your new profession? CRJDriver, care you celebrate your new airplane?

Just heard the funniest thing ever.
Flight attendant called sked to get a release time changed after deadheading on a very delayed ASA flight. Sked told her that they didn't have any control over the release times in SBS and that she had to talk to dispatch about that.
I have to say, that's a new one to me!

Was deadheading on Chautauqua today and for entertainment I decided to read the safety information card in the seat back, and found some interesting things in the picture:
- In the picture showing the brace positions, there is a man giving a woman a massage and the lady behind them is breastfeeding her baby
- Oxy mask demo: a mother is putting a mask on her horribly deformed child
- Pax door: After opening the door a man is standing in the doorway applauding the f/o's attempt at landing
- Service door: Man is helping a woman out of the door by placing his hands on her chest and crotch
- Overwing exits: Man has jumped out onto the ground and looks at his watch to see if he is still going to make his connection
- Infant life vests: A baby yoda appears to have been dipped in blue juice before putting his vest on.

Poak one thing you need to know is that if you agree to do it you can not grieve it. I know that sounds silly but in order to grieve it you have to talk to the chief pilot and tell him that it is an illegal assignment and he has to order you to do it under protest. Then you can send in the date, time etc. If you just do it without doing it under protest you can not grieve it.
You can not refuse to do it but you have to have them force you to do it.
