Comair is the best thing since Sliced Bread
For all of you guys and gals, including my self, that are sick of being on reserve:
Please ask everyone that you know who wants a job at a regional airline to apply at Comair. The more people we have below us the faster when are off reserve. Go to other threads and tell people to apply at Comair. Let everyone know that Comair is the best thing since Sliced Bread.

Same for a line holder, got displaced today do to "coverage" ...Sounds a lot like scheduling convenience to me. Stop making it my problem that you can't staff the airline and fail time after time again at using people efficiently.
I would love being a real line holder, but it's no consolation that they still touch me, even with a contract.

a reserve captain sat with me today, I invite anyone to do the same and see what the other side of 27 looks like.
The best advice i can ever give is learn your contract and dont guess what it says read it..
cause im tired of having to tell pilots where to find things at in YOUR CONTRACT. Its yours read it to me if you feel as if your being taken advantage of. Reserve life sucks, yes as a lineholder life is better but your not immune to having to work a different leg. However we have to justify why it is that we did what we did unlike a reserve, sometimes it may not be what you want to hear.
