75 is it, unless you pick up some time on your days off, which seems to be fairly easy right now. You also get per diem on top of your 75 hours - 1.55 hr for every hour on duty. Per diem for me in may is like $350 and i didn't break guarantee.

I'm holding it in my hand, and I still can't believe it.
Is that the 20 dollar thing?

Maybe I should put a request in for more trips like this on the management survey...lol.
Got you beat....6.5 hours on taxi, only to time out and go back to gate...

Apparently the merger will cost Comair pilots exactly $317,040, not a penny more or less. And that will be spread out over 1321 Comair pilots, and everyone knows that number will stay constant throughout the entire next year. So the total comes to exactly $20 per pilot per month for a year.

It even says in the letter that came with it that they don't really need the funds, its just for the possibility that they'll need them.

So, after a year of merger talks, and they've spent $225,000 on their lunch meetings, etc, should I expect to see a reimbursement for $69.67?

I recently sat as number 4 on twy D in ORD to depart for 3:50. Pretty much everyone returned to the gate after about 3:30. All claiming that their companies' rules stated 3-4 hours was the limit due to pax rights.
The NY Passenger Bill of Rights was overturned by an appeal's court earlier this year. The Dispatchers should be verifying the status of the pax, fuel, air, lights, lav, etc. at 60 minutes and 120 minutes during extended taxi-out delays. I take it this isn't occuring. There is no hard 4 hour rule that I am aware of, though I just came in on S5 from BOS last week and we sat for 40 minutes waiting for the jetbridge at A25 to work, I can imagine how bad hours on end can be in the cabin.

I am also more than curious where the contact states anywhere that the union has to approve the new crew tracking/scheduling system. I would love to see the exact reference... chapter, section, paragraph, and wording. The only stipulation I am aware of is the fact a new PBS system has to be implemented within so many months of the implementation of the new primary crew track system.

Section 24. R .5

".....Changes to the program software that substantially affect the PBS or the daily tracking system will not be implemented without prior consultation and agreement between the parties"

And where is my signature? It was a quote from a TV show so I'll post it here now...
"News flash! You can't drink and then come to work. You're not airline pilots!"

Whoever knows it will win one of my extra ALPA bills!
