I wonder if it is the same scheduling coordinator that keeps illegally changing my reserve window? I also do not see how they are out of reserves, there are several of us that have only been used once so far this month, and one or two that still have not been used at all this month. Can't wait for next month when they go from 20 guys to 40 guys on reserve.

I understand that you are probably frustrated with the whole situation, especially if you are on the furlough bubble and it's easy to point fingers, but they are fighting hard for the entire pilot group, not just the senior fellas or junior guys. And contrary to what you believe or how some people may have misread some of the communication, furloughs are the top priority. |

About exactly who "makes the rules": it is negotiated between the company and ALPA, so I guess technically they both do. |
