Default Commair Crj

I was at KSUS yesterday and saw two CRJ's with Delta stripping minus the name on them. They arrived from Tuscon last week. Is Commair selling some of their aircrafts?

We have taken several of our aircraft out to TUS over the past year or so. All of them are being returned to the leasor (GECAS). Just part of the dismantling of a once great airline.

I'm sorry, I have to do this. First of all, it's Comair..one "m". Secondly, there's no "s" on the plural form of aircraft. And lastly..it's Tucson, not Tuscon.

Haha, leave it to a Comair guy to correct everyone else.

Yes, we are returning some of our aircraftsss as part of the CRJ100/CRJ900 swapout. They are not the oldest/highest time birds in the fleet, just part of the lessor's group of aircraftsssss that are going back. I've seen a few out there flying for Chautauqua with Continental colors, Skywest with Midwest colors, etc....

And despite the almost universal requirement for airline pilots to possess a four-year degree, nearly one in three who participate in this forum made it through graduation without learning that "alot" is not a word.
