not to get into a argument, but there isnt anything great about your 70 seat pay-rates..........the F/O rates are actually embarrassing, 36/hr for 4th year pay????????????? I understand you going there if its your "dream regional" but hopefully if you are still around when contract time comes around, I hope you get involved and raise those rates.

I was thinking about applying at PSA once I build up some more hours....Do you guys know where the training center is? I thought that is was located in Charlotte NC. Also if anyone has gone through the interview process if you get the time I would appreciate it if you could let me know what all was involved... Once hired by PSA do you get to choose your own base or do they choose it for you? Thanks in advance....

www.mypilotcareer.com is spot on. You will get an email saying that the test has changed. But as of the 27th, they are the same exact questions for the written. HR and Tech is straight forward as well. Study the 18R Jepp plate for CLT and also the airport diagram and you will be fine. Calculate a VDP for the Localizer approach into CLT 18R in both time and DME, know how to calculate an enroute descent estimate (3 for 1) and have some answers ready for the HR questions listed on both aviation interviews and mypilotcareer and you are set. The sim is a little pitch sensitive and is a table top PCATD from www.flyelite.com . The interview is exactly like the gouges. Good luck!
