Think I remember us going off the side of a taxiway in CLE. Which, if you've ever been to CLE when they're getting some lake effect action, is not hard to do. RAH also sent one of their 170s off the end of runway 28 in CLE last year. Snows flyin, be careful boys and girls!

I guess I should clarify my prior statement. I do have a couple of brain cells left, but I was wondering if it would be good to get out and go through the interview motions with Mesa. If so, my first and second questions will be concerning QOL (Choice of Pilot Base / Aircraft). Second will be about canceled vacations...

Anyone know when Mesa's Contract with Airways is up??? Im sure its in 2008...but i just dont know what month.
It will be very interesting to see what happens with all those 900's after mainline dumps them.

Ask them about junior assignments, 5+ MELs on a jet, standup overnights, $80 million owed to Hawaiian, their CEO's criminal history, why they aren't block or better, only 8 days off a month min when most companies give 12 and about the two aircraft that recently went off runways.
Also, ask them why 600+ FOs left this year.
Then, apply to a quality company and work there.

Ask around on the internet. Even if you got a copy of everyone's contract, they are so complicated that you would probably not be able to just read it and understand it...you'd need someone to explain it to you (unless you're an ex labor-lawyer).

2012. But I think Airways can reduce their flying by a certain amount each year starting in 2007.
