We do not have a contract, we do not have legal representation. Therefore we have NO bargaining power. We get what they offer bottom line.

It's the principle...this is a slap in the face. I'd rather have gotten no proposed pay rate.

Yeah what's up with the EMB 170/175 rates?

I agree a slap....

I'm hoping a no vote will send a message.
I'm hoping the EMB175, which is mentioned in the new pay, will be on property when the new pay rates go into effect. I hope the SAPA guys stand up for us. While I'm at it I'll hope that my new girlfriend is that hot one the Transformers movie. Oh, and I hope she brings that car with her too. I feel hopeful today.

Yeah, I'd say that pretty much sucks.

I honestly thought they'd at least match or go ASA +1%...

Comparing them to ASA's hourly rates they're basically the same within + or - $.50. Bro pilots got 1.8% + 1% cola, per diem up to $1.65 and the average increase for RJ pilots is about 2.5%-3% with 1% cola and a loss in BHO cola.

I hate to say it but if we vote NO Mgmnt will just leave us with our current pay package and they'll increase first year to $22. That's what happens when you have no legal representation.

I'm voting NO on principle alone but I'm VERY VERY sure it will pass by about 65%+.

Ya, it's nice! Voted down ALPA and now we get basically the same pay as ASA who did all the leg work. Talk about riding coat tales.

It's about what I expected. At least they limited it to specified aircraft types.

Good news for SKW applicants, they will be able to afford REAL Ramen packs (as opposed to the generic ones).

my friends voted for alpa (and 2 of them were at alpa carriers before). now they are worried it might get voted down and then the company will just put into place what they want.
