Um, I had 1 week, some have had as much as a month. Really it just depends on where your going to sim and when the next available time is. Really no set time, just whenever the next available sim is open. I lucked out, my class finished ground school right as a whole bunch opened up, so im basically in sim with guys who started indoc a month before I did, theyve been sitting at home for a month. I hear its the same with IOE, could be 3 days after LOFT, and in rare cases as long as 3 months. Im hoping for something right in between.

15th. they stated they only had 4 spots open for the feb 4th groundshcool. so maybe they only called those folks??? i havent heard from any of the other guys.

Yea, I couldn't start untill May so I duno... I live in Dayton so I imagine it wount take me long to get a letter if I didnt get it. But who knows?

The training center is in the hotel which is located on the airport property

There's a bunch of places to eat about 5 minutes from the airport. So it's not too bad. But that's about the only positive thing i've seen so far from Dayton.

Usually the quaker dude will drive you to get something to eat. I hate having to rely on someone else to get a meal but i don't think PSA is ever going to get us a different hotel. Just thinking of Dayton...what a depressing place.
