The one I was worried about made it. But serious question...do they dial up the sensitivity for us so we have to work at an instrument scan? I truely believe it. I flew a Shorts360 sim @ flightsafety and NWA B-747 sim and they were STABLE as all can be. Or is this information classified? We left the Sim bldg at 10:40pm, got some dinner at a restaurant at 11:30p, caught a cab back to the hotel and went to bed at 1am to get up at 6am for the medical!!! We must REALLY want this job...

hmmm.. were you the one by the soda machines as we were walking out and said something about the saab sim was sensitive?

Hmm. not really sure about dialing the sensitivity up, was the motion on or no? I was in the atr sim when I had my interview and had the saab for training. The saab was a little bit sluggish on the controls, but by the 2nd or third session it was fine... just need to get some time in it i guess....

which base did you/the rest pick?

Yes motion on. Not sure if that was me or not next to the soda machine, but maybe likely since I did think it was sensitive. You make it sound like I was an idiot for saying it? I guess every sim has its personalities. Some DFW, SJU, and ORD. 1 tried for MIA but didnt get it. I bidded BOS so I can get into the ERJ in ORD and not risk getting hi reserve on the CRJ

We all made it through the Sim, and it was a blast! I didn't think it was all that sensitive, I had it trimmed out pretty well, was never more than 100ft off altitude. The roll was sluggish, but pitch was responsive.

I picked DFW (cuz I already live here). I'm hoping for the CRJ or SF3. I'll start around May 1.

Contracts are handed out on the first or second day of class. All books you receive from AE are property of AE. So that means if you leave the company, you must return the contract, FM1, FM2, AOM, etc. Unless someone scanned all 650 or so pages and posted them online, you probably won't find it anywhere. Sorry

I was not saying that at all. Sometimes they don't turn the motion on.

Good luck.
