Got the call. I am going to flight safety on March 3rd in VRB for the RJ oreintation course. I am looking forward to the RJ course for some extra sim time in the 145 but it is unpaid so thats a long time with no paycheck.

Start ground in DFW on the 31st of March.

Don't worry - first year pay (especially on RSV) doesn't get any better ;)

Congrats, enjoy, and best of luck!

Atleast you'll have no problem writing a clearance down. Which equipment did you get awarded in DFW?

good luck

Maybe he's just good at spitting the Clearances out rapid-fire like so I can't copy it all down in half a micro-second ;) I think he'll have a learning-curve there in the right seat LoL :D

Where did you get this sim time, and how much did it cost? Do you think having this time it helped you during the sim portion of the interview? I never flew a Level D and don't know what to expect.. sort of a gamble on my part I guess.

I'm glad to hear there are still people who actually want to be based in ORD. Please keep coming, then I won't have to be shipped up there to do the flying.
