Anyone know when the leases are up on XJT's AC? Everyone at Skywest has been trying to figure out why we would want XJT with all those EMB's, but if they don't own them and we wouldn't get stuck with a bunch of AC that will be obsolete in a few years then I could see us buying them. Just curious. BTW, this is not meant as a flame, after reading my post I figured I might get hammered for it. That's my disclaimer.

It was the XJT shareholder that made the public comment. Unless something new has developed since I went to sleep I don't believe SKW has made any offers or shown any interest yet. That's one huge undertaking doubling the size of your company that quickly.

Oh, I'm aware of that. I was under the assumption that XJ owned those ac, if they don't, it makes them more appealing. SkyWest has always wanted to be their own airline but they hate to give up the cash cow that they have going right now. XJ, with their ticketing capability in place and also the options on the E-jets would put SkyWest quickly (relatively) in position to be on their own when the time was right. Just observations, that's all.

just goes to show you what bad information will do. I do know the shoot itself was in 03 or 04 and was done in a biz jet, pretty classy haha. Made it seem like she was already hired.
