I've come across numerous people who were thinking about applying to Mesa/GoJets etc, and had no clue about the rep their prospective airline...you can make the argument that they didnt do their research etc. I'm no GoJet advocate by any means, but they're people too (people make mistakes), and they deserved to be treated with some sort of human dignity.
The people that have repeatedly proven they have no respect for Trans States pilots? We should respect them?

Oh well sucks for them, they're not going to have a future because they didn't do their research. Honestly you have to do at least a little bit of wondering about your future company. For the orgiginal question, don't go to Gojet your not going to have any dignity, you will be treated accordingly, and worst of all CAs will kick you out of their airplane.

heck, the controversial nature of GoJets even used to be in wikipedia. How hard is that to find. Someone should add that back into wikipedia.

gojet guys/gals should get no sympathy. its all about the research, and if they are just eating up everything from those inside the company, then they get what they deserve from those on the other side of the fence/line

Who works for a company without researching them? That's just plain stupid.

GoJet sucks. Period. If you work there, you suck. Period. Being union now (what an insult to the trashtruck drivers and grocery baggers in local 618) doesn't make what you did right. Going there three years after the fact doesn't make it right either. You're whoring yourself out to Hulas, and you're screwing yourselves just as much as you're screwing my friends at TSA.

I'm not in the airline industry yet...but are GoJets guys really ostrasized as social pariahs like you guys really make it out to be? Do you know of anybody who has actually verbally said anything to these guys? Do you guys know of any actual confrontations?

Not from me...they aren't worthy of hearing my voice. I don't acknowledge their existance unless they are trying jumpseat. In fact it is kinda fun to walk through ORD and briefly make eye contact with one...wait for them to give you the nod...you know the nod...and then look away and shake your head in disgust. Does this make me an ass...perhaps....but I'm only an ass to the asses at GoJet (and sometimes on the bus with the Skybus guys in CMH).
