I don't even think Mesa is hiring. A friend of mine had his interview canceled.

I'm kinda in the same boat that everyone else is in, not really sure where to go from here. I'm currently instructing, but not sure if I want to try to get a cargo or charter job or just keep instructing and wait for Comair.

Any of you guys consider Airnet? I interviewed there a while back and they pilot group is a great bunch. I wasn't to impressed with some of the management guys but overall a very good company.

A friend of mine has an interview with them. I don't know anyone who works there, but they were one of the ones I was considering applying to.

I interviewed with Airnet last week.

Got hired, but I'm sitting in a pool. They are not currently running classes.

The schedule was definitely eye-opening. They will tell you during the interview that that type of flying is not for everyone, and I believe they are right.

Did they give you any indication of how long it would be before you could start?

mmm not really. They are waiting (like everyone else) to see how this summer shakes out I think.

Personally, I think getting in a pool may be the best we can hope for unless you find a smaller 135 outfit or a 91 gig. I heard a rumor from a rumor that flight express is running a class or two.

I got my old jobs back until one of the 3 pools I'm in calls me. I figure with three, I'll get something. In the meantime, its back to instructing and single engine corporate.
