or you can try looking in the airline profile section and find the info yourself like any self sufficient pilot.

Is it me, or has there been a really large increase of "why are you posting on the forum" posts. C'mon people! If you don't want to read it, close your browser.
To go even further, if the poster was asking about a specific airline info that he couldn't possibly find out for himself, then awesome. He is trying to make an educated decision on where he wants to start his airline career. But where I draw the line is asking something that can be easily found by spending a few minutes just looking around. |

I didn't ask why he is posting in this forum, I was pointing out that this information can be found by clicking on a link. Granted the airline profiles link is a little small, maybe it should be surrounded in big neon letters. My point being is that more and more, there are posts like "how do I check my PM's" or "is everybody still mad at gojets?" It is just either laziness not to search the forum yourself and use the google search tool, or just posts that has just gone past beating the dead horse to pulverizing it into a bloody unidentifiable mess.

There is no rule that says that you have to answer his post or even look at it. I've used the search function a few times and it isn't the easiest thing to wade into and search through 24 pages of posts to find that one little bit of information that you might be looking for. Some may call it laziness - some might call it a better economical use of one's limited time - some people like to help others - some don't. Choose your poison. USMCFLYR |

I heard that SkyWest will be hiring 30 a month starting in June for the rest of the year. I've also heard that it is going to be to fill vacancies in the CRJ CA roster who upgrade to and new FO's into the ERJ145... You heard it here first... maybe. In case you haven't heard SKW is a great place to work. Come on over.

3 baskets, actually. Midwest has about 21 of the -200's. All 22 of the new jets that we have on order (since Nov 07) are -700's or -900's. We've got -200's coming up on the 40,000 hr. life limit (I think 405SW is at 38,000), which will likely be retired. Of course, we could end up with dozens of 145's soon, so ya, we'll likely have "tons" of 50 seaters for some time. |
