Where did you get the info? We have no idea when we are getting off reserve... there haven't even been any vacancies in several months now. I hate to break it to ya, but it could be even longer than that--or much shorter... there is no way to tell.
I too am hoping for the best.

I supplement my income by helping people pay off their mortgages at a greatly accelerated rate without spending any more money than they would have. Check it out at *deleted by admin*
Moderators: I am answering the orginal poster's question in as un-spam-like a manner as I can imagine. As a moderator on another board, I appreciate your aversion to spam and the irritation it may cause some of this board's members. If this post is to be considered spam, then the deletion of several other posts in this thread, and probably several other threads, must be seriously considered.

We have a family business in the DFW area that specializes in removing bees. I make more doing this than working for SKYW. Dirty work but pays great!

Those MMA's are a nice concept and one that can be easily implemented yourself, at a savings of +/- $3500 for fees and monthly finance charges on the HELOC. In addition, as long as you have a financial buffer, you can be earning interest yourself on that amount instead of paying 8%+ for a HELOC. It's not a scam, but pretty close to one.
