Nice! Good luck in training and see you in SLC in a few weeks!

just gazing at it for a minute, EMB120 = emBRO if you figure that the 12=R, and the 0=O.

"Sink rate" "Sink Rate"

"Oh crap"

"Okay, good save"

"I'm sure going to miss the trailing links..."

Miss the trailing-link gear?? NO WAY! They make the CRJ handle like a pig in mud on the ground...I'd rather have to work for a great landing than always squeak by with an okay landing!

There's more to the -200 than just trailing link suspension. The wing is low to the ground, and ground effect just makes it grossly easy.

I've only seen one guy get "sink rate" on the -200, and that was going into BUR on RWY-15. Won't bore you with the details on that one, but it wasn't pretty.

Certainly, the stiff leg -700 and -900 are a bit more difficult to master, but I did grease on my last landing in the -900 in PHL, and pounded on the -700 on my land landing in SLC.
