If you want to fly, do what I did today I made plans, and as soon I awoke this morning I got a call from crew scheduling telling me I get to go play in a hurricane for 2 days.

Hey guys, my apologies for a random question, but I would like to catch a jumpseat ride tonight PHL - SBY. I am traveling with my roommate, so my question is, does PDT have an unlimited jumpseat policy?

Thanks!

Yea, it's unlimited JS, just like all US Airways Group companies. Of course, the PHL-SBY run is primarily done by the -100's, so a full plane generally tops out at 35 pax. Even though the seating capacity for the -100 is 37 seats plus a jump, unlimited JS doesn't mean much until total weight is calculated when up against the restrictions on the flight release.

Trying to figure a way to cut labor costs without furloughing? I hope not… Maybe they are just talking about those new Dash 8 900’s we are getting next month. Just kidding, no news is good news.

A meeting between training dept guys doesn't mean crap. If it didn't involve top management, who cares?
