SYR has also remained an option on the chief pilot's website for the seniority list as well. I think its more likely the standard 'who cares' attitude than it is any indication of future 'super secret' base openings.

And to the PSA guys monitoring the PDT news & Rumor thread, hoping to either find reason for strife or outrage - just relax a bit. 99.7% of the PDT Pilots have zero desire to see your guys on the street, out of work, or in any hardship.

I'm one of the 99 I hope to see both of US getting the western flying. Did hear that PSA was getting the Mesa 900's and we would be getting the dash 8 200s back anyone else heard that?

Who is looking for strife of outrage. I would say 99.9% of the PDT guys I have met in CLT and PHL are great. With the exeption of the one guy who yelled at me then gave me the finger, he was a real class act. It might just be me but it seems like your looking for something that just isn't there. I know I am hoping you guys get more flying, hopefuly you guys get Mesa's flying out west, I have a feeling that after Doug picks Mesa's CRJ-200's off the dashes will be next.

It is just you. If you had read the whole thread you would likely realise that I was specifically referencing this type of drama-searching:

In reference to this:

My point, which I will not spend any more time making after this post - was that Higgi, or any of us PDT guys, are not interested in seeing PSA/Mainline lose flying. More that we are interested in seeing our own flying increase. Here you have a post about what a guy heard, and the possible positive implications for HIS company - (which incidentally is the subject of this thread).

The poster who I had a comment on already cleared up his remark. We had moved on. I didnt realize we always had to go back and dig up stuff? Now if he were celebrating the fact he was hearing a gain in flying due to a reduction of mainline/psa flying we'd have another story. But he was not going down that road. So we moved on.

Same reason PSA can't.

Oh and when you're done with your whine session on north ramp, don't forget to switch over to ground. Some of us like to get home on time.
