Plus there are so many people that live in base many don't want to commute.
So.. from what you said. It will take two years to get the top third of the list gone. how is that fast? There is enough spots at mainline for everyone in the next 10 years anyway. Why sell yourself short of your career potential earnings for a "guaranteed" spot at mainline. Without unity as a pilot group we are managements puppets.

it would take aag 120 days to close us down and transfer the majority of our flying to existing contract carriers (with the exception of a tiny handful of routes that would disappear) and they would most certainly do it as it would let them really put the screws to eagle(sorry, they're never going to be 'envoy' to me)

Honest question... Who do you think they could possibly "transfer the majority of your flying" to, especially in "120 days"? Hint: everyone is having a hard time staffing their current flying.

Please don't ever trust management... especially when they're trying to get your pilot group to take concessions(while they are making record profits of > $1,500,000,000.00 per quarter, and giving themselves huge bonuses and pay increases)!

AAG told us (Envoy), that they would immediately proceed with plan B if we vote NO. Took them 3 months to place just 20 airplanes. It was supposed to be a next day announcement not 3 months.

Don't believe all they say, it's all BS.

Hate to break it to you, but they are currently executing plan B if you aren't aware. Little off the time frame, but they are doing exactly what they said they were going to do.

AAG is doing what it was going to do whether envoy pilots voted yes or no.

Transfer flying in 120 days? Didn't psa fall for "we'll transfer your flying in 4 weeks?" Typical management scare tactics. Bargaining 101
