The new hotels we go to are under renovation, most likely cause they give dirt cheap rates. We don't like to show loyalty. I like the Marriott a lot better. It was nicer, awesome gym, and atleast a crew menu in the bar.

Another question what do you guys/gals think of the new Regional Chief Pilot MK? I don't know the guy very well, going to be interesting.

He's a good guy and there is potential for him to be an advocate for the line pilots here. However given the track record of our management we shall see.

I agree, he was a great guy to fly with and he always struck me as the type who would fight for the pilot group. Let's hope that doesn't change!

On another note, how has mediation been going? Haven't heard too much since I left. Kept expecting you guys to be released to the cooling off period, but it's been awfully quiet...

That doesn't bode well, although hopefully ALPA will be able to put up more of a fight then USAPA did. I wish you guys the best!
