that would be expensive for TSA (airline) as I beleive its written in the lease that hey have to be returned in at the least the condition they were given in. not to mention the FAA might have a problem with it.
On the other side, I cant beleive there hasnt been any criminal charges for what this guy did. The TSA is just trying to cover their A$$ with this whole, " he was following normal guidlines for testing aircraft security" line they are trying to sell to the flying public.

That said I feel bad for my former co-workers at TSA that are getting furloughed. If history holds though you will all find better jobs that the ones you have/had at TSA.
