Its a single pilot airplane, that explains the FO pay. They only have FO's because EAS requires a co-pilot. So if you have 135 mins you can be Captain. The flying outside of Hawaii seems to be much better, for example in NM we dont work longer than a 7 hour duty day and are home every night. Supposedly that is going to change next month. Go ahead and lower the bar some more, but you would never catch me or anybody else that I know flying aircraft for those wages.
