Colgan Changes Rules again to SUIT THEM

I hope you really dont think that you will pop on down to IAH if we merge, it is called fences and they will be in place.

All I can say is that Colgan went downhill fast after selling to 9E. And don't try and tell me "oh we wouldn't have gotten Q's". Those planes should not move with the pay rates. Colgan treated everyone better before they sold out. What a crappy company it has become. I don't know what it is like at 9e, but it sounds like it is getting better over there. Congrads to happy new Pinnacle guy.

There seem to be a lot of people on this forum in IAH ... Juice seems to know me, and if you're in IAH I'm sure you know me too ... wish I knew who more people were on here ... it would make things easier, lol
Training is good ... LOTS of studying, but good ... definitely learning a lot

Believe me, I know the pay sucks ... I've thought that since day one ... but it's also a job and a paycheck ... so I have a hard time complaining when I know there are so many pilots out there out of a job right now

Another problem before Honan came out with that pay credit memo was that there was such a lack of rules regarding pay credit and you could get nothing or something depending on if you talked to Chris v. Ginger (for example). Us as employees should know, at any given moment, exactly what we're getting paid. This was definitely not the case this past year and I think a lot of pilots were frustrated and fed up with that.
although, it's gotten a little better the past few months (I think...)

I could be wrong, but I think skid might've been referring to the "errors" in pay credits, not our actual payscale (although that needs work too). I've actually met guys who don't care if their pay credit is correct, they never even check it. But I do care and I've fought with the company plenty about getting the correct credit. The whole bit is unnecessary and annoying and stressful, seriously starts to wear you down after the first 10 times.

but a lot of what I was referring to was regarding cancellation pay and hot reserve and runups/repos and that kind of stuff... that was a friggin mess. (not so much anymore now that it's spelled out that we're not getting any hot reserve or runup pay!)
