Sorry I can't help you Tony, but I think even now (a year later) I could step on the RJ and fix a ground spoiler fault...

Really the only one that keeps repeating is the spoileron issue... if the hyd pumps set to on dont do the trick... just pull all the SECU breakers... that's old news. Everything else can pretty much be fixed with a re-boot and restart.

Serial number 7307 is still sitting in the shop, after almost three months of C check. Took a test flight two days ago, so once they get all the little issues worked out, should be off to the paint shop.

So, since that plane is my ride, I haven't made it there yet!!! I have noticed that it is COLD over there !!! Not cold like Edmonton, but I'll definitely take a sweater and my Perrone leather jacket. Sure wish it didn't say XXX airlines on it.

Actually, pretty big terrain in Yemen. That probably surprises some folks; it did me. 12,000 foot mountains. Airport is at 7200 feet (why it is quite cool at night... in the 40's right now).

I'm a bit of a history buff, and there's plenty of that in the area. I have no idea if there are golf courses.

Oh, there's plenty of fixes that don't need a complete electrical shutdown. I've got the whole Bombardier mechanic's gouge sheet coming.

That's why they called it the Reset Jet, not the turn it on, and off, and on again jet.
