It also says Colgan is hiring FO's and CA's....FO class has been canceled for this month as well as interviews and I do not think they are still doing the street CA thing anymore

keep swimming!! I have perfected the new "CFI" stroke......All these rumors about Eagle hiring and Colgan Hiring are awesome but all it does, it just creates hope for all the young guys. Let's face it, hiring wont happen like it was a year ago, so be patient, let the industry work itself out and in couple of years you'll be flying a shiny jet

For now, well, get any job, if you cant get a flying job, try a dispatcher or something to get yourself exposed to the aviation environment. One of my students just got hired by JetBlue to do crew scheduling. It's something.

I could swear that I got an email about 2 months ago that stated Eagle would be at a job fair in Chicago. I don't know why they go to these things when they aren't hiring. Like on of the above posters stated, apparently HR has to justify their existence. I don't like that they do that, but maybe it keeps their skills sharp - recurrent for HR?

I wish I could say it was more hopefully, but apparently its just a red herring and something they do.

it's just for the perks that HR attends - don't get your hopes up

Negative nancy time, but this is why they are saying that on their website.
"
*Interviews and employment success based on last year’s aviation career fair events."

Small print will get ya everytime. I hope its true though.
