U can hide behind MGT... But you PILOT are the ones who signed a CBA that pays FO's $37/hr... That's why we are upset!!! The BLAME does fall on your pilots for that....

Well at least you admit its DAL mainline MGT who made these decisions. Of course there are some on this board who would say that S5 pilots should refuse to fly those routes ...they would be wrong.. but they are out there.

Probably less than a couple hundred of the nearly 2000 pilots at RAH were there when the current contract was signed.... so I say again... dont blame the pilots. And lets be honest..... pilot compensation when compared to the other costs of running an airline are probably not even in the top 3 or 4.

Yup...closest I've come to flying a 170 was sitting on the jumpseat when I worked at AWAC!
I've said it many times, and I'll say it again: RAH's E175/190 CA payrates from their 2003 contract are +/- 1% of AWAC's B146 CA rates from the 2003 concessionary contract. Nobody *****ed about what AWAC pilots made flying the BAC.
FOs on the other hand...yeah, that DESPERATELY needs to be remedied, and I'm 100% positive all current RAH pilots feel the same way.
