Sure, we can't truly consider time sitting in a hotel "labor", but if I count the amount of time I'm away when working its WELL over 40 hours a week!

Jobs with under 40-hour work weeks - CNN.com

Also our annual earnings are $119k. Anybody at a regional making that yet? I'm not. My pay equals about $12.50 an hour when sitting reserve.
wow dude dont be such a whiner good lord sitting reserve is dope you get paid to sit on your butt... i have no complaints with my job! now if you do, go work construction and plz tsop crying

This stuff was basically cut-and-pasted from CareerBuilder, so it's a product of an overrated "service" and a lazy reporter. Sooo, since there's a link on the article to here, I'll say that this article is worthless (if you didn't pick this up from many previous posts).

Rush is busy man during the week, but on the weekends he picks me up sometimes in his Model-X Ford-190 Rocket-Powered Pickup Truck (Estimates 0.3-1.2 mpg) and we go around town beating and hog-tying Minorities, Homosexuals, and Jehovah's Witnesses.

Hey Man, if that's what gets you off (hog-tying minorities, homosexuals, and jehovah's witnesses), who am I to judge!. It's sad you abandoned women in order to get your jollies from hanging out with drug ladden, old fat white men, and hog-tying people. I'm sure there's a market out for the tapes amongst people like you. Just remember these words I heard in a movie, "you're only gay if you're in the bottom".
Enjoy....

Come on man, gimme a break I've never been the same after that hunting trip with my buddy Dick Cheney.

In all seriousness, I think CNN has completely crossed over the line between credible, unbiased journalism and biased, over-opinionated reporters.

That being said, I'm not defending Fox either. While I will admit I do lean to the right and watch Fox, I'm not naive enough not to realize that Fox News has their own share of bias.

If you ever watch a BBC News Broadcast it's almost impossible to decipher which way the journalist/reported feels politically. I'm not saying BBC News is perfect, but I think it reminds me of a day in this country when reporters actually reported on the news and didn't advertise their feelings and opinions.

The BBC World News over here makes CNN look like FOX, actually. The reports aren't quite as inane as CNN, but the coverage is WAAAY left.

I've never seen a whole lot of BBC News, but I have heard they lean left.
Compared to the MSNBC or CNN though BBC, to me, seems a lot more tamer.

I sometimes wonder what the world would be like with credible journalism.

It has never existed in any quantity. Julius Caesar complained about coverage, I believe.
