Let’s say everyone’s birthday comes early this year, delta wins and mesa files… we all know der Führer will try and furlough out of seniority order and off the jungle pilots. Now a question of etiquette. Should the lower seniority CRJ pilots return to work, or is that effectively crossing a line and sponsoring the criminals disregard for the union?

Honestly, if you have been at Mesa for more than a year I would say you are safe, they wouldn't furlough out of seniority for those out of probation. The problem is, if Mesa loses and files from the feeling I get there could be a significant pull down of most or all of the US Air flying. So if you are flying for the MAG and you are fairly senior lets hope the boat doesn't sail......just kick JO to the curb!
