LOL BTW, posting in message boards encouraging or discouraging people to buy or sell stocks of a company in which you own stocks for is called pumping and dumping and is from my understanding a violation of the SEC and punishable by law. Then again I could be wrong...

As little as the SEC has done the past few years (Bernie Madoff and AIG are great examples), I'd say he has nothing to worry about...HAHA!!!

you forgot to carry the "1".....

allow me to help:

.04 * 20000 = 800

.14 * 20000 = 2800

2800 - 800 = 2000

questions?
Hard to get excited about a stock that ended down 3 cents from the daily high and will get de-listed as soon as the extention is over.

However, it's not unlike any other stock in that you could baby sit it all day long and find that play that will make you money......you hope.

My question is, why would you do this to someone you are sueing if you didnt think the case was going to go bad against you (Delta loses...)..

sooooooooo, BUY BABY BUY!!

take it for what it is worth, but you guys need to get in on some of this action.

I know there are the Mesa haters out there, and personally I dont care what you think of the airline, I just think you stand to make some money in this deal!!!

good luck!

Jeff
As much as people like to trash MESA (rightfully deserved), this my friend is wise advice. Yes indeed, airline stock is extremely risky and generally not a very productive way to invest, however MESA is not going to tank in the next month or two. Henceforth anytime you can buy somebodys stock at .02, its probably a smart move if you have some type of information that the airline will rebound. Mesa does not even have to rebound in this case, they just need a small bounce, which they will surely get, and now you have just made a decent chunk of money off JO, and heck, why not? I just may get in myself.

If I recall correctly there is a recent example where someone on a message board started started a vicious rumor (stated as fact) about a well known company that he had a short position in. He was caught and prosecuted.

Of course, when someone starts pumping MESA on GenericAirline Messageboard.com, there are bound to be a few skeptics. No worries.

This kind of reminds me of that Simpsons episode where they have "Dot Com" stock on Toliet Paper.

BTW, MESA will open at .12 cents...maybe with the news of Mokulele it will go up .01. lol

its a gamble, but it is a lot safer than flying on a regional with a 200 hour FO.........

If you really believe Mesa will go back down, why not short it?

Playing both sides of the move is the best way to make $ in a stock that trades in a range.

It's good that nobody took your advice though, 'jeff122670' - MESA's down 28% since you recommended a buy. Now, if you had shorted . . .

I told everyone to buy at .04...

Risk a few grand, possible big gains if it goes up to .30 or .40

However...the word is that Mesa missed some kind of contract extension deadline with DAL, and forfeited six DCI RJ's at the end of March..anyone know the details?
