I always leave a tip for these low paying jobs.

"Go back to school."

I always tip.

I wouldn’t call it social norm though. I would call it, airline norm.

Watch next time you share the van with regular passengers. They hardly ever tip.

I can't imagine not tipping. Have tip money set aside and have it available before you get out of the van. It's really not that expensive or complicated.

I'm sure you didn't blow your entire per diem on a meal; you've got one buck left in there somewhere.

Pay. You're not at mama's house any more.

I’m beginning to think it’s a class thing.

It's definitely a class thing. No tip, no class.

Careful, you’ll be accused of “judging.”

I've seen guys give hotel van drivers a $5 or $10 bill. My wife travels for work and tipped airport parking van driver and hotel van driver long before she met me.

And on everyone’s no fly list, or if they’re FOs they’re on that list of socially awkward idiots that makes a 4-day feel like 30 days.

Maybe you can make a button to wear around to support your "cause?"
I 'll wear the "Cashless not Classless" one 😁
