I have to agree with that. Go through a year of somebody trying to spin you while teaching stalls and you know what to look for and certainly how to fix it. (Not pulling the yoke to your chest)!

Does Gulfstream Academy have an English 101 requirement?

Wow... Way to persuade everyone that Gulfstream Academy turns out competent pilots. I know, how does your grammar correlate to your flying skills, right? Maybe it's just a small reflection on the professional part of being a professional pilot.

The CFI sitting next to him didn't seem to jump in to save the day either...maybe if she just had a few more hours of dual given this wouldn't have happened. B.S!

It is so ridiculous to make any argument that either of their previous jobs had anything to do with this tragedy.

They were both trained to proficiency on the Q400 at Colgan. Does that mean Colgan's training must be bad? no. They both just F'ed up and unfortunately the worst happened.

Don't be so quick to judge. There are plenty of non gulfstreamers on this forum that are clueless when it comes to using YOU'RE/YOUR THERE/THEIR/THEY'RE :o
