No, we would rather not jacked around by a company that is going to screw up Frontier and Lynx. Talking to countless people at Frontier and Lynx, I do not know of one person that wants republic on property.
The deal isn't over yet, let's hope we get someone to outbid republic.

You say this as if the Lynx pilot had a choice between IBT and UTU. That could not be further from the truth. IBT did not show up when the UTU ball was rolling, they have been MIA in DEN since they got kicked out by Great Lakes. UTU was the only game in town and the only one that ever really put any effort into unionizing Lynx.

Yes, I know this IBT is different, but they are more concerned, and rightly so, about getting things back on track at RAH. I don't think anyone at Lynx will fight an integration from occurring, but just staying nonunion waiting for someone to make a move was just too much of a liability once Brian Bedford showed up as a potential boss.

Good luck with that...The nice thing about UTU is that leadership and representatives are comprised of pilots not the union while UTU provides support and RLA knowledge. For a small airline like Lakes or Lynx a union with superior RLA knowledge looking to make an impact in the airline biz is a good fit.

You owe me a new keyboard...I just spit out my soda after your comment about "pulling down the industry". Is Lynx leading the way? You fully knew what you signed up for when you were hired. Mesa would be a step up bro. And I've talked to 4 Lynx pilots who would love the chance to upgrade to a different airframe; you have bad sources.

Bad sources? Those must be the elite few that refused to sign cards last year.
Bad sources, as a republic pilot, you have NO say.

No mesa would be a step down, trust me. It goes further than just pay.

Exactly, he's just a republic guy looking to steal our upgrade slot just because he can... Awesome!

Really? Mis-conception? You obviously have not talked to any Comair pilots. Maybe a little research on the RJDC will change your mind? Know what a merger assessment fee is? Neither do I.
